Is the water safe to drink?
The condo has a reverse osmosis system for drinking water and ice. Outside the resort, bottled water is still the safer choice.
Can I charge my electric car at the resort?
Yes. Encantame Towers has on-site electric chargers. Current pricing may change, so confirm with the resort when you arrive.
Will my cell phone work in Mexico?
Major carriers such as Verizon, T-Mobile, and AT&T generally work in Puerto Penasco, but you should confirm your plan. The resort also has WiFi throughout for WiFi calling.
Is Mexico safe for families?
Encantame Towers is gated with on-site security and is designed for family stays. As with any travel, pay attention, drive carefully, and respect local rules.
